Birth doula services

2-3 in home or virtual prenatal visits to:
-Become better acquainted and establish trust
-Address any fears or concerns you may have
-Help in creation of a birth plan and discuss your birth preferences
-Practice breathing, relaxation techniques and comfort measures
-Discuss fetal positioning and labor/pushing positions
-Provide Evidence-based informational support
-Provide 24/7 phone and email support starting 2 weeks prior to your due date

-Continuous labor support at your desired location (home, hospital, birth center)
-Help process through options, decisions, and emotions during you labor and birth
-Immediate postpartum support lasting around 1.5-2 hours after birth
-Can help with initial latching of baby, if necessary

-How you and baby are doing
-Your birth experience
-Any questions you may have
-Infant feeding support
